If your username and password are not recognized by the Allysian App when you use your smartphone or tablet, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@allysian.com. Include your email and password used for logging in to your Allysian App account, and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.
Please note that if you try and log into Cognifit.com using your desktop browser, your Allysian username and password will not be recognized. At this time, Cognifit modules can only be accessed through the Apple Store's Cognifit App.
