There is a password recovery feature available in your Allysian back office in case you have forgotten your password. Please note that your Allysian App password is the same password used for your Allysian backoffice account. Changing one changes the other.
To reset your Allysian password, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the Gears icon on the top left of the page and select Edit Account Info
- Click on Menu at the top right of the page and select Change Password
- Enter your current password and the password you would like to change it to.
- Click Save Changes.
To ensure maximum security for your Allysian backoffice account, we recommend including a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols in your password.
